Dropped calls and poor coverage are not what we're about here at Verizon. Let's make sure this gets addressed ASAP for you. I took a look at the general area, and there aren't any alerts or outages at this time to cause this issue. I want to gather more details to solve this. Aside from the phone calls, how are your other services like texting and data working for you? What difference do you see when you're outdoors versus indoors? Do your issues occur in other areas as well?
