We just moved to a new neighborhood in Solon, OH. Verizon's coverage here is pathetic. It wasn't great in our old neighborhood, but this is much worse. Calls don't connect, if they do, the person on the other side can't hear and at the most important point, they drop. This is agonizing especially at the end of the billing cycle when Verizon takes out a big chunk of my pay check from my account claiming to be the best mobile network in the USA.
