Who can I contact about poor coverage that can actually do something? We used to have great coverage in Perry County, Ohio. However, we live near a trash dump that is between our neighborhood and the nearest cell tower. As the mountain of trash has grown, the cell signal has diminished. I installed an signal booster on my roof, and that helped for a while, but the trash hill is still growing causing more signal loss. All of the neighbors on Verizon are telling me they have the same issue. Calling customer service is no help. They just tell us there is no problem with the tower. That may be true but do you realize how many customers are being affected by the mountain of trash blocking our signal and your inability to continue providing great service?
