I live in middle TN (37375). I left Verizon when I realized that my area had terrible coverage compared to AT&T in 2011, but then switched back when we got a cell tower that promised to improve coverage. It worked fine for awhile, but for the last 6 months it has been terrible. My son has a Gizmo and can't carry on a conversation in our home, and when we had an emergency last week, the only way I could reach my spouse was to send a WhatsApp message. (Not even wifi calling on my Samsung will connect.)
Is anything being done to address this? If not, I have to switch back to AT&T ASAP.
