Poor home and neighborhood coverage 2 miles from my official verizon store!

How do I report poor coverage and or request a tower efficiency check, or installation.  I live two miles from an official Verizon store and have not gotten good reception in my home or neighborhood for 6 years.    My neighbors have the same issue, but a lot of them are starting to switch to t mobile due to no sign of a resolution.

6 years is a long time to deal with bad service.  I'm wondering if you live in a hilly area or there is a lake or some other obstruction blocking/absorbing the Verizon signal.  It is clearly a network issue as the neighbors have the same problem.  If nobody has come to investigate, I'd say to go along with your neighbors if someone else works better.  Dead zones are caused by a variety of reasons, so it's hard to pinpoint what it could be over the internet.
