Hi. I have been a Verizon customer for years, but in the last 3 months have had terrible reception in and around my house. Dropped calls. Gargled voices. Terrible customer service fixing/improving the issue. Phones are up to date and apple says the problem lies with verizon. How do I report it that leads to a solution? Zip code 30047, but again it’s not the whole zip code,just my neighborhood.

Same problem here in Western North Carolina/Asheville area. Verizon used to be the best here in the mountains, now our local Facebook groups, Reddit group, and other online forums are filled with people complaining about Verizon coverage degradation over the last 4 to 6 months.
I just moved *to* Verizon a few months ago but it's so much worse than ATT here I am considering going back soon if there are no penalties.

Noting your reference about experincing service issues in the Western North Carolina/Asheville area, we'd like more information about the service issues you're experiencing. Having lived in Asheville, NC for many years, I know that there are multiple zip codes in and around that area.
Can you tell us more about exactly where you're experiencing service issues and which of your services is being affected? (e.g., calls, texting, web browsing, etc.) Is this happening while indoors, outdoors, or both?
The reception is very poor were I work. Inside has no signal and outside the building has 1 or 2 bars.
It is not the phone. This happens to all phones (Android or iPhone) using the Verizon network. I've noticed that quality of service has been degrading over the years in this area. Resetting the phones does not help. My phone is pretty much useless at work. There are times when I need borrow someone else's phone to make a call since they have service because they're not on Verizon's network. Is there something that can be done with this?
