I’ve had poor service for years. I’ve been on constant calls with Verizon and apple both blaming each other, upgraded to the new iPhone 14 and still experiencing issues. It came down to it being Verizon admitting they slowed down my service so I’m forced to upgrade to their 5g service which is crazy because they don’t even have 5g towers near me. I’ve been a long customer for over 20 years with 10 phone lines 3 Apple Watches and 2 iPads connected. I’m soooo close to dropping them and going with T-Mobile. I just wish Verizon actually cared about their customers like they say they do. What a shame:
