The persistently poor network connection in the Santa Clarita, California region has become a significant concern for personal safety. Despite being subscribed to an Unlimited 5G Play More plan for my iPhone XR, relying on GPS navigation has proved challenging, leaving me stranded in many locations (often at night) due to a lack of signal.
Moreover, my inability to make any calls over the network both indoors and outdoors at my home in the 91390 zip code is a constant source of frustration. Unfortunately, there are dead network zones in the Santa Clarita area, particularly in 91381, where other providers such as T-Mobile function effectively.
Despite my repeated complaints to Verizon, the situation has not improved, and I would be grateful for any assistance that could be offered to resolve this issue.

Hello,
I received a useless "direct message" 3minutes after opening this thread asking if I still need help.
1. Your poor network quality did not improve in 3 minutes - so YES, I still need help.
2. When I replied to your "direct message" email, my response email bounced back. How do you expect people to reply to you?

Please be respectful of your customer's time. Do your due diligence before asking the customers to keep repeating the same information over and over again. See my first email in this thread to find the zip codes. This issue has been going on since I moved to California in November 2022.

Hi team, I have the same issue with one of my devices which is being used in Santa Clarita, itโs most of the time on SOS and itโs so dangerous because I canโt access any service including gps and canโt make calls! I went to Verizon store and changed my plan to the highest you have but itโs not still working!

Same! This is the second time in the last few months that everything is completely down and useless for several hours, which is dangerous in a high risk fire zone where we depend on communication! Not a single update from Verizon. Home internet and cell have been out and Iโve been using my wifeโs hotspotโฆ through Mint Mobile to post this! Think Iโm done with Verizonโฆ. 91321 area before your stupid automated messaging asks meโฆ.

Hey there, ISUBg12, we know it's important to have service you can depend on! Are you also running into issues with text and data? You mentioned this is an issue with your work phone. Is your phone active on a business account?

This is awful. Despite service maps showing solid red, there are more dead zones here than areas where there is service. So unsafe!

Network Cabling Santa Clarita Tech Pros
Dealing with poor service is so frustrating, especially in a busy area like Santa Clarita. Hopefully, Verizon is taking this feedback seriously and working on improving things. Have you noticed if the issues are worse at certain times or in specific spots?
