Poor service

I bought a new IPhone 12, hoping it would help increase signal just to find out that my iPhone 5 worked better, I love to pay 400 a month to have such poor service and coverage, you would think Verizon could funnel some of there profits to increase towers and provide basic service coverage, maybe upper management could take less time enjoying the profits of us poorer working class folks and put it back into there system.
