Poor service

My service seems to have completely dropped off since a storm some time last spring out in rural NY, in Ulster county. We got Verizon because they’re the only service provider that has service at our farm. We don’t have cable and rely entirely on our cellular service. What’s worse is that we have 3 Jet Packs, and my iPhone, and everything now has terrible service. It’s even worse in the kitchen for some reason. 
What are we suppose to do? I finally found this forum after months of pulling my hair out. It would be great if they could restore service to the way it used to be.
