I live on Long Island, North Shore. I'd like to say it's just a fluke and my area but it seems like it's getting worse no matter where on the Island one is. Verizon cell service is terrible. I drop calls, can't connect, no data service. Verizon is the most expensive cell phone service plan to have, it is very disappointing that you do not have better service for Long Island.

To clarify, does this happen both indoors and outdoors? What signal do you usually see on your phone when you run into these service problems?
