Poor signal at home

I have been a Verizon customer for almost 4 years.   My signal service at home is so terrible now I cannot use my phone at all.  I have went back in forth with them over this quiet a few times where they want me to purchase additional services to improve their bad signal.  I have two phones on my account that are both doing the same thing. One phone a IPhone 16 pro max that has the highest package of service has no better signal.    I’m done.  I’m fixing to take my business elsewhere.
