Poor signal over a large area

I am getting poor to no signal over a 5 mile radius of my home, dropped calls, unable to receive calls in many areas.  Everyone i discuss with is experiencing the identical problems.  Verizon has become a poor excuse for a phone service.  I am at the point that I am ready to switch to a new provider that has shown many times better service for all of my contacts.

I very seldom have more than 2 bars signal strength no matter where I am so there is no acceptable explanation for this performance.

Verizon should refund my payments because they are not providing  any service at least 90% of the time.
