From the past 15 to 20 days facing coverage issue and the signal jumps from 5G UW to4G and to No Service.
Reported the problem and each day the Advanced Tech support team takes one step and now they have put in a eSIM but yet the same problem. The Support is trying to pushing the issue towards Device issue even when other phones in my home are having the same issue. Zip code 43064 and they say the sent message to local network team in area but there is no improvement at all.

I want this community to know so writing it here.
I have been private messaging and the representatives talking either in the private messages or customer service /tech support seems to have a standard template of responses and they dont care for resolving coverage related issues. VERIZON HAS ISSUES WITH COVERAGE AND IT IS NOT LONGER THEY SAME AUALITY THEY WERE may be because too many people joined them and there is a congestion but they donot want to work on it .

I feel for ya. Iโve just been through disappointing, aggravating, wasteful messaging. But oh hey - my issue? Itโs the phone, oh wait no! Itโs your condo building materials - you need our network extender. Oh wait no! How far away do you drive until you get a good signal? Oh wait no! Just because you have only 0 or 1 or 2 bars does NOT indicate thereโs transmission problems. Oh wait no! You want to leave VZW? Well letโs spend the next 30 minutes talking in circles until you actually receive the pin to transfer your sim with the competition.
