Porting Issues

I had a multi line account (two phones and one iPad) but recently ported out one of the lines (the main line on the account) and the line connected to the iPad to a new provider. I am now trying to switch the one remaining line to a different provider and need a transfer pin. I have followed all of the directions posted for generating a transfer pin but I am not led to somewhere I generate a pin or have access to generate a pin. 

How do I go about generating a transfer pin for the one remaining line?
