Postpaid "credit balance" refund timeline?

I transferred a sole line out of a postpaid account on 11/9. Bill cycle ends on the 10th of each month. Roughly when should I expect a refund of the credit balance?

Verizon65, we are concerned to hear you are no longer part of the Verizon Wireless Family. We look forward to hopefully reconnecting in the future. In regard to your question, if there is a credit balance on your account once it is disconnected, a check for the credit balance will be mailed within 3-4 weeks from when the account was closed.
