Preordered phone in limbo

I preordered a Z Flip 4 along with other products with my wife before they came out from an authorized retailer. Everything arrived at the store except for my Flip.

Both the store and I have called corporate. They got answers that they can't complete because they're 3rd party, and I got the answer that they can't do anything because they're 3rd party.

At this point the promotions for the phones and watches are ended, and their only suggestion is to cancel the order, use lesser promotions, and spend more money. The phone is still in the warehouse somewhere and not even given a tracking number.


What can I do in this situation to keep my promotions?
