I have a prepay phone and I have a $500 credit. I have tried to have the credit applied to my bill but the Verizon representative keeps telling me they can’t apply it to my bill because in their notes it doesn’t say what the credit is for. Can I get this credit returned to me if it’s not going to be applied towards my bill? Or what can I do?
