I have concerns with the privacy and security of my account. C old someone tell me if the following is normal?
1. I’m using an iPhone 15. I found that my phone is connecting to an FR1 antenna panel. I verified with a seller of the FR1 antenna panel that this is not equipment that Verizon would use.
2. USSD codes all fail when I try to use them. They are codes that return information related to network activity,,etc.
3. When I use Verizon codes to get for example, data usage (#3282), my phone dials Verizon and the Verizon Assistant sends a text message to me from 900060005027. This text always reports my data usage as 0. This text contains a URL with an authorization code that takes me into the My Verizon App without logging in. There, I find data usage.
4. My data usage seems extremely high for what I do on my phone. I only use cellular data. I receive a few texts per day and make a few phone calls. My phone usage might be an hour per day. I do surf the internet,,but I do not have social media, applications other than those that came with the phone, listen to music, etc. Verizon is reporting that I have used 7 GB of data less than a week into my. Illini cycle. My phone shows that I use about that amount in over a month.
5. I keep my iPhone 15 on 5G standalone. The phone reads 5G unless I make or receive a call. If I make or receive a call, it switches to LTE. I thought 5G standalone used 5G only and that when 5G wasn’t available, your service suffered.
6. I looked at my iPhone analytics and my phone uses odd bands. Often, they are unlicensed bands and a former Department of Defense band.
I believe that my phone calls are being intercepted due to the antenna panel, 5G Standalone not working and odd bands. I also believe that the device is being monitored using my data.
Verizon has been less than helpful. I was told that my account was checked and they find no fraudulent activity. They had no response as to the antenna panel other than it shouldn’t affect call quality.
Any help would be appreciated.

I'm wondering if your phone's been hacked. You may have to factory reset the phone to erase everything on it. You should check your credit reports and make sure nothing else strange is going on.
