Problem with Wireless network, Samsung S21 prepaid, Android 15, I don't know which

I'm having a problem with  my Samsung Galaxy S21 showing it's connected to a Verizon Network Extender but it's not. About 6 months ago I started to see the little "house" above the signal strength symbol on both my phone. I found out it's a Network Extender symbol and my phone are connecting to a random extender and apparently where was no way to stop this. I tried to get help through the Verizon app on my phone but they didn't understand what I was texting them and I couldn't talk to a live person only text them. I've periodically do more research on this, tried the help  bot, and other boards to no solution. Today I decided to post to this forum. The latest testing I tried was with my home modem/router unplugged and connection to cable disconnected. I wanted to take that out of the equation.

After disconnecting the wifi, I rebooted my phone and the symbol was still there. See picture1.jpg.

I Went to Settings>Connections>Mobile Networks>Network Extenders and let it scan. My phone did not find an extender. See picture2.jpg. I dialed #48 and received the message "Welcome to Verizon Wireless. You are under Network Extender Coverage with ID 266252488"

Before 6 months ago, when I was home my phone would automatically connect to my home wifi and disconnect when I left the house. When I would make a call it would show "Wifi Calling" on the call screen. Now it won't connect unless I put it into airplane mode. Connecting to my home wifi is the only way I can make/receive calls because our signal strength is so bad here.

I'm running Android 14 on the phone.

So, can someone tell me how to make my phone automatically use my home wifi for calls  in my own house again? I have Wifi calling turned on Settings>Connections

Can someone tell my how to stop my phone from thinking it's connected to an extender in #48 but not in settings?

I also tried the local store here but they are franchises, so only sales offices not tech people.

TIA,

Clare
