Hello,
I made a promise to pay for January 13th. The agent told me that my service WOULD not be interrupted if I paid on that date. I also have the message. Today it tells me my service is disconnected. I am not able to speak with anyone. This is messed up. I have been with you guys for 4 years always paid on time.
