Promised Discount not Applied

I have been trying to receive the discount I was promised for signing up for auto draft. I have called and talked to over 10 different customer service representatives. Each one says “you have signed up correctly, I don’t know why you are not getting the discount.”

Then they issue a credit in the amount of the discount to temporarily fix the problem for a month and say they will  call me back a few days later. The ones that did say “still not showing on my end. I’ll call you back in a few more days” and then I never hear from them again. 

I requested to talk to a supervisor and was told they would have to call me back. Still haven’t heard from anyone. 

verizon used to be a really good company. You have been taking my money no problem. Where is my discount???

I'm sorry to hear you're having so much trouble with your autopay discount. Please verify if you're using a credit card, bank account, debit card, or Verizon card.
