I was promised $630 in promotional credit for each of the two lines I did an early upgrade on. They are only giving me $415 each. I called and was told this would be corrected by 10/19/24 and that they would call me on the 19th to confirm the changes. The changes were not made and when I called back today I was treated rudely on the phone by the supervisor I asked to speak to. The agent and supervisor are refusing to honor the $630 promotional credit we were promised. I have been a loyal customer with four lines and was treated as if I am a liar. If Customer Retention does not make this right, we will have to change carriers.
