Have you tried restarting your phone? Sometimes it's just that your phone has glitched out for some reason and that'll solve the problem. You can also check for service outages in your neighborhood by going to downdetector.com or using Verizon's Check Network Status widget: https://www.verizon.com/support/check-network-status/
