I just had to remove 2 services that were added to my account without my consent. I believe Verizon is taking advantage of covid in that phone support wait times are exceedingly long. They know that the number of people that are willing to endure that wait to get those services removed is low, so they are adding services without your permission with hopes that you won't go through that huge effort to remove them. Im pretty sure I'll be canceling my service soon. I can't support a company that steals from its customers like that.

We apologize for any inconvenience you had with your Verizon account, we would be sad to see you leave to another carrier. As a fellow consumer I know the importance of paying for the services/features that I need and nothing extra. If you don't mind us asking, what were the 2 services that you removed from your account? How's everything with your Verizon service?
