Would you want to take a call from someone as upset as you for hours at a time? There's a reason people quit that type of job easily.

Why are u a Sr. Member of this community when you are clearly not interested in helping the consumer. If someone has made their way to this forum it's bc they have probably exhausted all other options. It's absolutely frustrating when you can't connect to an agent who can assist you on important matters. As paying customers we shouldn't have to jump through hoops to resolve issues. And to answer your question, yes, absolutely if I was a customer service agent I would want to take the call. That's what I would be paid to do after all.
