On 01/23/2021 I bought and activated 4 iphones and was promised $250 rebate for switching 4 lines over from T- Mobile. On 01/29/2021 I applied for the 4 rebates and got a response that something went wrong. On 02/10/21 I applied for the rebates again and got another error message. On 02/24/21 I applied again all three times I applied for the rebates with the help from customer service. It is now August, 7 months later and still no rebates or a $1000.00 credit. Every time I call I get promised, the rebate claim will be escalated and that my account will be credited $1000.00. And then I wait and nothing happens!! I am frustrated with all the empty promises and the time spent calling customer service and getting the run around!!! Verizon what are you going to do to resolve this??? Are you going to keep your promises??? I would appreciate a reply. Thank you
