I have been calling and fighting with customer service agent begging for a supervisor to call me or email me and get the runaround for 2-4 hours! They keep saying someone will call me but it’s been over a month and haven’t heard back. So I switch my home internet from AT&T because Verizon had a promotion for $35 monthly and a $200 Verizon gift card after 65 days of having the service. It’s been over the 65 and now when I called about redeeming it the agent keep switching stories, one said I didn’t have anything on my account, another said it was for a Home Depot gift card, another said it was for a game console. All these things but no one gives me anything!! I’ve called for a month straight and no one can pull my conversation from when I placed the order to see what the agent guaranteed me for switching. Who can I email or call about this?
