I have tried multiple times to submit documentation for the SWITCH21 rebate for weeks!!!... It continues to tell me that my documentation is not legible.  It is a PDF that is my last bill from my last company, I don't how much clear that could be.  We also traded in 5 phones when we went to Verizon at the end of December and those credits still are not correct.  I also have a military discount and every time I try to submit it says I have an invalid first name.  This is getting insane!
