This is my situation.  

I came in to Walmart and I bought a Verizon phone through another party company. When I did that they? Did not tell me about any rebates for signing up now after I signed up on November 20th. I got an email.  And a text message stating that 5G internet is available in your area. So I went to go and check the website. And sure as heck there was and on. That site was a Black Friday special. Where you buy where you ordered and get free 5G internet, you will also get.  An Xbox S1 terabyte council. And when you are done signing up, you get to choose from 2 packages either. $45, the $55 $65 plan. Each one had Netflix and max and another bonus. Whatever it was, I didn't care. But the second one had an Xbox bundle. Set with it where you get a controller headset and a $50 gift card.  Bury that promotion now the situation I am in now. Is this is? I got 3 notifications and on. The third notification was not until December 16th, where I finally was able to sign up the last one before that was on November. I second on the last day and when I did that. It said internet is available so 2 times I checked and it wasn't available but then the third time.  In my check, it was then that's when I signed up for everything at that time when I placed my order for the Xbox council, the 5G internet and the gaming bundle deal the address was screwed up so I called up customer service. They said they had to cancel it and then replace another order. Well, that didn't happen.  They placed the order, but the address was still wrong so on the 17th of December. I called up and they had cancel that so that didn't happen. And I finally found out that they send me 3 boxes of 5G internet. So I sent one back and I sent the extender back and I kept 2. And I used 15G box for a Christmas present for my friend. Now I called up Verizon and all this. Yellow Darnell's happen so.  And now, the second part in the list is that after I signed up for the 5G internet which was inactivated at which was on December 19th of 2024 I got these emails sent to me that I didn't know of so and they were about the promotions for signing up for 5G internet. One Obama was a $100 Amazon gift card.  And so I received 2 of those emails and when I checked the tracking numbers for the my ticket numbers I it was $4100 Amazon gift cards at that time. Then I checked the other email and I see that the tracking number and I check it. So my situation is as I have been fighting for my gift cards that I was originally supposed to get that.I did not know of any gift cards.What soever I was just happy to get my ex.Box counsel in the gaming bundle.Now that is another story

So for signing up for the Black Friday's special, but not during that time, but since I got all those notifications that they are honoring and this is quote.Unquote promises from customer service loyalty , managers and supervisors and managers always promising me saying yes And I was like OK cool. So I believed them now. I did finally get my totally so they did count my Xbox. Series council won't pair a bit and twice. Because I have 2 of those and 2 separate lines under one account. But you're counting it as 2 accounts under 2 different lines. It's I can't explain it so that's how everything was supposed to be doubled according to supervisor's managers and everybody.  Now, this is my question. As ISIS, I have been fighting for my gift card and it's been 60 days they're being denied and everything for something that I did not even know about in the first place. Until January and until then, so please tell me. How is it that Verizon Rebate center can always deny tickets? That customer service rebates, managers and other managers are promising. Me that I will get cause. I don't know if I should take this to another place and make sure.  You're that I get what I was told or something? I don't know. I have called customer service. I have been ran around. I have had over 30 submissions. And I don't know what's going on. They say they are going to call. They don't can be done from Verizon. In order to make me a happy customer, so I don't have to report them and I don't want to.

I have 2 5g internet lines under one account but 2 lines since the other 5g is at another persons house.
