The reception all over Dobbs Ferry, NY is terrible. I rarely get more than 2 bars and usually only have one. Some places have no service at all. Who can I speak to about this?

I just switched to Verizon in Dobbs and I’ve never had such awful service in my life! We’re on a giant hill, how do I have one bar and I can’t even call anyone with that? We’re about to switch back to AT&T, as bad as they were, I could still make a call from my house. Did you get a resolution to this??
