Hey everybody!
I just got back from a business trip today and found this box from Verizon sitting in front of my apartment door upon my return. Not sure exactly when it arrived since I was gone for an entire week. But I did not order anything from Verizon. The only thing I have coming my way is a phone rebate and I doubt that comes in a box. The address is correct, but the name is not.
I just moved into a new apartment about a month ago and it looks like the past tenant didn't change their address. They also didn't think to request a forward from the USPS. So here I am with this package and no clue how to get it to the rightful person.
I've seen a few phone numbers on the site and all that, but this one is addressed from 4801 Mercantile Drive in Fort Worth, Texas. Not sure if anybody has had any experience with a similar situation. The site doesn't really mention anything about returning a wrong package. Just wondering if anybody has dealt with this before and might know the best number/way to contact Verizon or this particular Fort Worth building to get this package to its rightful owner?
Thanks for the help!

You need to contact UPS (or wherever delivered the package). Or you can take it to the office of your apartment and perhaps they know how to forward the package to the correct person.

I'd call 800-922-0204 - sure they can look up the tracking/order number and find out where it is supposed to go to.
Maybe they can offer a gift card for your efforts!

Hi
I am receiving return boxes for Verizon and I am not a Verizon customer. I have returned 5 to the post office for return with 5 different names to "almost" my address.
Now I have received 3 more recently and now receiving new names.
What should I do?
Thank for your help and time.
