Recurring gb usage (Wireless)

I am incurring something automatically using excessive gb of my monthly allowance at a 6 hr interval. 

It is occurring at 7:10 am, 1:10 pm, 7:10 pm and 1:10 am everyday.  How do I determine what is causing this charge?

I know this is an old post but wondering if someone can help me with the same issues. My son and I are using 12 GB A MONTH!!!!

we should not be using this much and if I can't figure  out why, the WiFi and phones are going.  Help please!!!
