On behalf of my company, I'm trying to remove from the blacklist emails coming from skyone.org to verizon emails ending in @vtext.com. I've been bounced around back and forth with technical support with no resolution. I was told to talk to someone on a "business level" at Verizon Communications but cannot get through to anyone. How can I get this blacklist removed.
I apologize for the back and forth on this situation, I can understand that this must have been very frusterating. Is there a specific error when trying to send to that email? I know that there were some changes made with VText about a year or so ago. When did these issues start happening?
