Verizon Wireless doesn't repair screens.

I know how important it is to have screen repair options, Trickydick1. If you have insurance through Asurion, there is a screen repair option for select markets, for a $29 deductible. However, if it is not available in your market, you can file a claim at http://bit.ly/T3945e or by phone at 888-881-2622, if you have insurance.
