Where can I report poor coverage? I would prefer not to put my home address on the forum.
Thanks

I can only get signal in 2 places at my home it's very aggravating not only that but it drops signal alot I have to turn the airplane mode on and off to reboot the signal it easier then restarting my phone 100 times a day. IDK what else to do I've tried everything. I've started looking into the steps to take for towers now I've already applied with 3 companies to start the process of checking if my area is exaptiable.

We all have our entire lives stored on these little computers we call cell phones, mcpeek86. They simply have to work at all times and in all places, and when they don’t, it’s upsetting to say the least. You came to the right place for some help. Indoor services cannot be guaranteed for many reasons, so we’re going to come at this in two ways. I’ve sent you a Private Note to gather more specifics on what’s happening and to discuss indoor options. You mentioned that you’re looking into expansion of the network in your area, so I’d like to share this page https://www.verizonwireless.com/b2c/realestate/index.jsp with you to be sure our team sees your request. Looking forward to working with you via Private Note.

I'm currently working in a warehouse in Santa Ana and I had to walk completely out of my work just to be able to surf the web and post this. I don't get any service once I walk into the door but apparently when I went camping last weekend, I was able to get full bars, 4G in the middle of nowhere but not in the heart of Santa Ana. Can you please help me?

I live in the middle of Denver and I get horrible service at my house. It seems like it is getting worse. This past week I have not even been able to call people in my own home because it breaks up so much. I tried to call the number but they would not allow me to select an option to make a complaint. Instead the automatic voice just said "We're sorry you're having problems, goodbye" and hung up. I am very displeased with my verizon service.

Everything we do in our lives relies on dependable cell phone service, Rbaldwin2. We’re saddened to hear that service inside your home has become troublesome and will do all we can to help. What city and state are you in? How far outside the home do you need to be in order to see service improve?

I live in Denver, Colorado. The entire neighborhood I live in is not covered. If I walk around my neighborhood and go to Washington Park it is not really any better. I might need to go more than a mile from my home to get improved service.

Unable to make or send calls from home for 3 days. Chat reps not assisting at all, already tried twice. Cannot call because service not working. Cannot visit store because only taking appointments and none available. Feel like switching carriers if the issue is not fixed asap. I am also requesting account credit for not being able to use the service which I have already paid for.

My service is always spotty. And I work for TMO doing work on their cell towers. I think their should be a compensation for lack of service and for another carrier making us want to change service. I'm with you, why should we stay with Verizon?

I was searching for an online method of reporting poor 4g coverage and found this forum.
I work from a home office and rely on a large competitor for my internet service. I connect my phone to wifi daily to be able to use internet functions on my phone.
I'm simply unable to use mobile data from Verizon. This is the scenario at this location for the last 10+ years.
Today, we experienced a power outage from the large storm that hit the East Coast. This has happened in the past, but today was the tipping point. We will probably be out for several days.. Should I be able to rely on the company that I pay $400-500/month for service? I thought so.
See below for the garbage level service Verizon sells for $500/month.
Verizon Speedtest results 5 minutes ago:
I ran a Google speed test about 30 minutes before this one and got a blazing .514Mbs download speed with a comment, "your internet service is very slow". No sh_t.
My phone is a Samsung Galaxy Note 10 and is perfectly capable of processing a high speed signal if one existed.
Can this even be fixed? I'm certainly not the only Verizon customer in the area.

BluevanDad, we always want you to have the best possible coverage. What specifically happens with your calls, texts, and data? Where is this happening (street intersections, city, and state)? When did this first start?

I live in 65747 and coverage has went from exellent to very poor in the last year. I have a tower less than a half a mile away and barely register a signal on my phone. drop calls alot. jumps from 4g to 3g to 1x.
Not sure what is going on but it seems that 4G should be working better before spending time and money of 5G.
