Report poor coverage

My child goes to school at {Edited for Privacy].  Every VZ customer there has little to no cell coverage.  I just called *611 and I get the impression from the 2 levels of support that it's the first they've heard that there could be such a thing as poor coverage.

To be clear the tech relayed to me that it was a data throttling event when I've experienced consistently non-existent service  any time of day for over a year.  

Please look into this issue as I have a feeling my effort is going to go unrewarded for the wrong reasons.

Hi,

I’ve got a severe coverage issue in the immediate area of:

4445 Fox Valley Center Drive, Aurora, IL 60504. 

iPhone 14 Pro - one bar of coverage if that, frequent call drops and data is horrible. No issues outside this specific area. Forget about going inside the buildings at this location as at that point, you have zero coverage.

I recently moved to the area.

I did place a call to Verizon support and basically got nowhere. Tried to explain I have zero coverage issues outside this area but again, no progress on that call.

Hello, I moved to my home several years ago and have used WiFi for my connectivity needs at home  because there are zero bars inside and outside. At this point I think Verizon needs to address this issue and expand coverage to include my area. My address is Santa Barbara CA 93108.
