 I have facts and intend to contact the CA State Attorney’s Office, FTC and FCC if this is not resolved by end of the business day this Friday. I went to a store to find out why for close to a year Verizon Cloud Storage was added to my account when I handed my iPhone 14pro max 1 terabyte to the manager(Mike/Michael) at a corporate store (Carlsbad/Oceanside). Fast forward to this week, I visited an authorized retailer store(Fallbrook) because I had spent hours being jerked around on the phone.  When visiting the store the other day I was offered to sign up for 5g Home Internet concession & the manager would credit my account for all months charged for Cloud when that individual returned the following day. The following day I received an email thanking me for signing up for Home Protection. I also never received credits and on top of this I then discovered that not only was this added without my consent but my 5g Play More rate plan was changed.  Thank Goodness I stood my ground and waited for credits before accepting the 5g home internet offer. I have still not seen the credits promised therefore I'm filing a complaint with CA States AG and any Federal Body that will review my concerns if not corrected by the end of the business day this coming Friday. Shame on you Verizon!
