Return Kit not sent

We have a damaged iPhone that we have been trying to return since August. We have asked and asked for a return box and shipping label and STILL can't get one delivered despite being told twice by Verizon "it is on the way." The store is refusing to take the device and NOW we have had over $800 taken out of our account for a phone we are TRYING TO RETURN! Do you have any idea how much $800 is at a time like this???????? What exactly is the problem???? I am MORE than willing to package the broken phone (under warranty) and mail it to you but it is going to some place that is Top Secret because it dang sure doesn't have a shipping address. PLEASE GOD HELP!

Have you checked to see if you can print a return label yourself from your My Verizon account?  I've got no idea why, but trying to get a shipping label/return kit/box from Verizon is some kind of puzzle which they can't seem to figure out.  My suspicion is whomever you've been speaking to is overseas and doesn't have access to the shipping company, or they can't send a return kit from overseas.  Why they can't email you a label...don't know either.

The back camera stopped working. Verizon sent it to the repair shop because it is under warranty and it sat there for 2 days until we called and they said they couldn't fix it because it was under warranty ALTHOUGH VERIZON SAID FIX IT! Verizon sent us a replacement but they never said send the phone back. A few weeks later our bill was almost $900. We called and they said they were sending a box and label to ship it back BUT THEY HAD NO RECORD OF THIS TRANSACTION. Ok, so you charged me for a phone you had no record of sending. HUMMMMMM........ No box came. Called again.....no box came. The store in town refuses to help! I WANT MY MONEY BACK!

 I don't know who is handling it, Verizon is who seems to be doing it.
