If you are able to login to My Verizon, print yourself a return label from your account because from what I've read elsewhere in the forums, it is like pulling teeth to get a UPS return label otherwise. Why there can't simply be an address listed for whatever warehouse accepts these returns is beyond me...

If your account is still active (i.e. you have some kind of Verizon service still), see this link for how:
But if the home internet service was the only thing you had and you've disconnected the service, you're out of luck and I don't know what to tell you. Sadly, Verizon revokes all your account access immediately upon disconnection of service and I suspect this is why even the CS reps can't get a return label to you because when they try to get into your account, maybe they're getting nowhere too? This whole thing is really messed up and personally makes me afraid of using the home internet service - even if I were interested in switching internet providers, Verizon would not be my first choice based upon the horror stories I've read in these forums with getting a return label!
