My husband and I upgraded our phones through Verizon's special with the return of our old phones (1-Android, 1-iphone). The returned phones were received on August 16, 2023, proof via UPS tracking numbers. We are now being charged for the returned phones?? I need immediate assistance to resolve this issue.
