I returned an iPhone 14 Pro and Watch Series 7 within the return window, in person, at the Verizon cellular store at 10950 Lee Hwy, Fairfax, VA 22030.
Verizon now claims that I owe them money because the returned devices do not show up in their system. I've made extraordinary efforts to resolve this issue with the store, but they have refused to assist or acknowledge responsibility. I suspect that an employee in this store has stolen the devices after I returned them, otherwise I cannot explain why the returned devices were never recorded in their tracking system. Once I handed the devices to the store *in person* and received the refund slip as proof, there is nothing I can do as a customer. At that point, responsibility of tracking the device is on Verizon.
I am being harassed by debt collectors, and I need a response from Verizon to resolve this issue as soon as possible.

jeanh93, this is far from the experience we want for you, and we want to make sure we take another look at the returns you processed. We'd be more than happy to help review your account, and find out what's going on. For further assistance, we'll be sending a Private Note.
