I have been dealing with returning a phone for the past 6 weeks. It has been received and due to Verizon’s failure they didn’t create a ticket until over a week after it had gotten there and I had spoken to reps almost every other day. Now my phone line is automatically being turned off everyday and it is not only an inconvenience but effecting my livelihood.
this is the worse customer service I’ve ever experienced and will be forced to change carriers today.
