Returning is the hardest thing to do

I ordered service and decided to stay with my carrier. When I ordered the service I was told multiple times I could return within thirty days and at a store near me. I live in the middle of nowhere. I went to return and was told no e are independent owned you have to go here. That is 46 minutes one way. Then I called multiple  times to get pushed over and over from department to department. To be told we canโ€™t help you. I explain to everyone which today is total 32 people ( yes I kept count) and not one has yet sent me a return label. 
I guess I will be mailing to the address on the box certified mail for proof it got sent back on time. At my cost of course because Verizon wonโ€™t cover it.

I have the same issue. I've been trying to return their faulty internet gateway since August. They initially told me to expect a return kit within 7-10 days, but it never arrived. I've called multiple times, and each time I'm reassured not to worry and that I wonโ€™t be charged since it's their mistake. They keep promising to send the return kit โ€˜as soon as possible,โ€™ yet it's now November, and Iโ€™m being charged $212 for equipment I canโ€™t return because they havenโ€™t provided a kit. After numerous calls, I requested an electronic return label, but it turned out to be invalid. With the next billing date approaching, Iโ€™m concerned Iโ€™ll be charged again. At this point, Iโ€™ve spent hours on the phone, and this unresolved issue is causing me a great deal of stress and inconvenience.

If you are still able to login to your Verizon account, can you print a return label from there?  From what I've read in the forums, printing your own return label is the easiest way to get one.

Thanks for your information. Verizon alread cleared all my previous orders, so I can not locate the return label for that specific orders.
