Roadside Assistance app says can't find member in system

I've had Roadside assistance for over a week now and app still says:  Hmm. WE CAN'T FIND THIS MEMBER IN THE SYSTEM.  Why?  I tried uninstalling, installing app and same message.  I take note this has been since the spring of 2017.  SO when is it going to be fixed?  Isn't the app made to use INSTEAD of having to call and to ALSO register your vehicle?

We want everything from us to work properly for you, psf2835. We are here to help. Since installing the app, have you checked if the app itself is up to date? What model phone are you trying to use the app with? Are your location services (GPS) turned on when you try to use the app?

As of December 13, 2017.....Since having roadside assistance the app continues to say:  HMMMM CAN'T FIND MEMBER IN THE SYSTEM..........This app has NOT work Since the spring of 2017.  Although you mail developer and NEVER EVER receive a response.  Allstate is the WORSE, but Verizon won't get in touch for them to correct the app.  Heck, can't even log into the app...........

I'm so sorry to learn of any issues with the application. Please keep in mind that Verizon Wireless does not create the applications. the developers of the application will be able to assist you with any issues. Instead of mailing to the developer, I would recommend calling or e-mailing them directly.

Lastly, I wanted to ask if you have checked for an application update? What model device are you using? Is your location turned on?

LOL, I have emailed the developers a NUMBER of times and NOBODY responds. Not even to verify that this is a problem.

I tried that, they are the ones who told me to contact the developer. Which, of course, does no good, as the developer does not respond.  I tried Allstate, their comment is, they have nobody employed by Allstate (signature club) with that email and that it is a fraudulent email.  I still tried emailing with no success.

That is of NO use.  I've had roadside assistance for quite a while.  And the Android App has not worked since Spring 2017 with an update they had.  The Developers are useless. they do not respond to emails or acknowledge them. You would think, as such, Verizon would get involved.
