What happened Verizon? All day trying to order online and pick up my completely down, then after hours of trying I am left navigating a maze of "virtual check in" need to rethink the iniating process here as it is NOT intuitive.....seriously I spent more time arguing with staff around process than i did performing the transaction......Your network is amazing but after today I will not be back in any of your retail locations.....Tell your VPs who clearly do not understand workflow design to start looking for other lines of work so we dont have to suffer this mess....Oh yeh, fire that arrogant 6'4" blockhead who had it mask around his neck.
