SALES MAKER REVALIDATION

I work for Best Buy and I got an email telling me to revalidate my employee discount sales maker. Every time I try I get a “we’re sorry” and when I try another way it says “we cannot connect to the server”. The “validation” team cannot help me since they don’t deal with sales maker accounts. I have already reached out to my HR and supervisors who cannot help as well. I need to revalidate my account.

I would love to know the answer to this question as well. I got the same email and I have no idea how to revalidate

We want to make sure you can get that validated without issue. The email you received should have included steps and links to do this. In most cases it would be done through our internal system or your company's website. What does the email say to do?

Great question. You will need to visit the Sales Maker page and follow the link to validate your account. If you do not have an account, then you will need to register and then confirm your acceptance.

Im also having the same issue. If changes were made there not posted on how to get reevaluated.

I just had my cancelled because I was trying all month to validate and it kept saying incorrect last name. I’ve called multiple times, no answers.

I have tried talking to people over the phone, chat, here, and in person and nobody seems to know whats going on with my account. Ive had salesmaker for years, and have received 2 email confirming my employment has been revalidated back in june and august of last year, and still no discount showing up on my bill. I got a feeling tho that one of the reps who helped put on the regular discount offered to best buy employees besides those that qualify for sales maker. ELEU people would tell me to call customer care who actually are the ones that gave me ELEU's number. Our rep has been M.I.A. for months and were not even sure if its still the same person or theres been a new rep for our store. Please help

I work for Apple and got the revalidation email/text, I went in to revalidate and I just get a loop of sign in/were sorry page. Is there a new site? I've been trying for 25 days and to no avail please help!

hi yes I am trying to re validate my sales maker account where it asks you to log in at work at re validate, when I do this it just put me in a loop of signing in over and over again. I have been on this concession line for 4 years with 2 lines both iOS devices.

Hi I have the same issues which cannot renew my sales maker, I work for apple and got an email at beginning of this month that I need to renew my sales maker but link from the company doesn’t work. I got 5 days left to renew
