SMS and Data work fine, but cannot make or recieve any phone calls

Basically the title. After moving my SIM card from one Android device to another Android device, I am able use mobile data on my unlimited plan and am able to fully send and recieve any SMS or MMS messages.
I have to move my SIM back to the older device to make or recieve any phone calls whatsoever.
Any idea on how to fix this?
