Hi, my sons phone has been without service since 10pm on Monday 2/27/23. His phone reads SOS only. We’ve tried calling and getting troubleshooting advice from techs but nothing works. We’ve popped the sim tray out and back in and the phone registers “invalid sim.”  We called local Verizon Wireless store and they told me that it’s a Nationwide problem and is affecting many phones and that the service would just restore on its own. Almost a week without service. Please help!
