Have two phones, both iphone 14. One is stuck in SOS mode and the other isn't. They're sitting right next to each other. Called the local office and got some story about 'temporary outages.' This is just unacceptable. I use this phone for business and can't get calls or texts unless I hop in the car and drive around town. Trying to get a customer service rep on the phone is a nightmare. What can I do to get my phone off SOS???
